The Voices of The Thirteen Original Grandmothers are extending a call to sisters around the world. There has long been a desire to connect with the Sacred Feminine, and now our elders wish to guide us into the profound depths of womanhood and the secrets of the moon in authentic ways.
These gathering aim for you to establish a connection with your own ancestral grandmothers as well as with Nature and her spirits, leaving an indelible mark on your life.
Within our Sisterhood, we gather each month to meet one of the grandmothers. We listen to her stories and wisdom throughout the full moon cycle. In this sacred space, we open our hearts, attentively listen, and apply the teachings to ourselves.
13 Moons
Before the introduction of calendars and the concept of twelve, communities around the world instinctively revered thirteen moon cycles within their known year. These cycles were intricately linked to the seasons and the corresponding celebrations.
In our contemporary era, we adhere to the solar calendar based on the sun's movement. However, for those intimately connected to the land and the feminine, the lunar calendar, rooted in the moon's cycles, holds a deeper resonance.
These moons act as guiding lights through the tapestry of time, signifying the shifts in seasons, the migrations of animals, and the life cycles of plants. Within each moon cycle, profound spiritual and moral teachings are interwoven, fostering a deep and meaningful connection to the natural world.
13 PORTALS
Every month, during the full moon ceremony, the Ancestral Grandmothers create a portal for us to step into the spiral of time, where our journey unfolds in a non-linear manner. This unique initiation offers us the chance to perceive the world around us and within us through a sacred lens deeply embedded in our bones and flesh - a perspective often denied by the modern world.
In this sacred space, we receive precious gifts: skills, talents, abilities, knowledge, and new spiritual connections. Simultaneously, we are granted healing, support, encouragement, and guidance for our personal matters.
It is a transformative journey that enriches our lives on both a spiritual and practical level.
